This program is for adults with a variety of skill levels. Rowing experience is not necessary. The recreational program will cater to those who would like to learn the sport of rowing and have some fun exercising and socializing. This program is also for those who would like to continue developing their previous skills. This program is for junior and senior athletes who wish to row competitively or recreationally this spring. This session runs: April 1st to June 7th 2026 Practice times: Monday to Friday evenings (sunset will shift practice times) and Saturday mornings. Competitive athletes are expected at 6 practices per week for about 2.5 hours per practice. Recreational athletes should attend 3-4 sessions per week. Current winter athletes may begin training earlier if all fees are paid from the prior sessions. This rowing camp is for students ages 10-15 who would like to learn to row or continue learning to row. The camp will include on shore activities and exercises as well as on water rowing activities. This program is designed for athletes interested in continuing their rowing training over the winter months. It will prepare the athletes for a successful transition into the outdoor spring rowing season. Athletes will have an opportunity to develop their technical skills and their physical fitness as well as participate in competitive indoor competitions. The program is open to youth, junior and adult athletes at all levels of experience. Cost is $295 plus hst....$333.35 |
