SUMMER Competitive Program 2026-06-13 2026-08-09
This program is for all junior, university and adult masters who wish to train at a competitive level and participate in competitions as a club athlete.
The program runs from June 13th to August 9th
Practices will run daily from 6:00am - 8:30am during the week and on Saturdays.  Sunday is an off/recovery day
Some special practice scheduling may occur in the afternoon and evenings.
The cost is $575 plus hst.... $649.75
SUMMER YOUTH & LEARN TO ROW CAMP #1 2026-05-18 2027-03-31
This program is for any youth or high school student who is interested in learning to row.  The sessions give athletes the opportunity to do land activities such as rowing machine exercises, stretching, core and endurance workouts as well as on water rowing in dockside trainers and rowing shells.
This first camp has six sessions, 9:30am-11:00am, running on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays for two weeks.  Specific dates July 6th, 8th, 10th, 13th, 15th, 17th.
The cost is  $120.00 plus hst....$135.60 
If this is your first session with youth rowing there is a one time Rowing Canada and Row Ontario affiliation fee of $75.
(those who rowed spring youth sessions are exempt form the affiliation fees)
