Adult Masters Summer Program |
This program is designed for adults who have developed in the recreational program and are now interested in training for competitions and racing. The program will run June 1 through July 11th and sessions will take place in the weekday evenings, and weekend mornings. The cost of the program is $597.00 (taxes included)

Adult Recreational Summer Program |
This program is designed for adults with a variety of skill levels and are interested in developing their skills in a fun group environment. Competitive racing is not a priority for those in this group but developing skills towards racing in the Masters program is a future goal.
The program will run June 1 through July 11th and sessions will take place in the weekday evenings, and weekend mornings. The cost of the program is $333.35 (taxes included) |

Junior/Senior SPRING Program: AN Myer |
This program is for junior and senior athletes who wish to row competitively or recreationally this spring. This session runs: March 31st to June 2nd 2025 Practice times: Monday to Friday evenings (sunset will shift practice times) and Saturday mornings. Competitive athletes are expected at 6 practices per week for about 2.5 hours per practice. Recreational athletes should attend 3-4 sessions per week. Current winter athletes may begin training earlier if all fees are paid from the prior sessions. Note: Racing uniform, personal travel, and accommodations are the athlete’s responsibility when participating in regattas outside of the area. Cost: $597.00 ($528.32+HST) |

Rowing for All: Try it program |
This program is open to everyone in the community who is interested in trying rowing for the first time. It consists of a series of beginner rowing sessions in order to introduce the community to the sport. Sessions take place over the two week period from June 9th to June 21st. Tentative dates are June 10, 12, 13, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21. Sessions take place weekday evenings at 6:00pm-7:00pm and weekend mornings 10:00am-11:00am The cost is $50 plus $5 per session attended. |

Summer Youth Camp: Session 1 |
This program is for any youth, aged 10-14, who is interested in learning to row. The sessions give youth athletes the opportunity to do land activities such as rowing machine exercises, stretching, core and endurance workouts as well as on water rowing in dockside trainers and rowing shells. This first camp has six sessions, 9:30am-11:30am, running on June 30th, July 2nd, July 4th, July 7th, July 9th, July 11th. The cost of $125 includes all taxes as well as Rowing Canada and Row Ontario affiliation fees. |
