This program combines structured skill development with fun, challenging practices that teach athletes to row in a variety of boats and conditions. Whether you're looking to advance into our Junior Competitive program or balance rowing alongside other sports, our flexible training options provide the perfect environment to learn, improve, and thrive on the water. This program will run for 5 weeks and be 3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 4:30-6:30pm. Athletes must have at least two weeks of camp experience at any club in order to participate. |

Our Intro to Rowing program builds confidence, fundamental skills, and a love for the sport through fun, challenging practices. You’ll learn what you’re working toward during the high school season, meet future high school coaches and teammates, and build connections that can make winter training more fun—and easier to get through! This program requires zero experience and is meant to be an introduction for high school novices before winter training starts. This program will run for 5 weeks for 3 days a week - Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (4:30-6:30pm and 9:00-11:00am). |
