↳	The Next Strokes program is set up to build on the skills gained from First Strokes, improve technique, keep training with your friends, and achieve training goals with the support of our dedicated coaches. A variety of social activities are also included. Training available: On-water season (September to October) Phase 1 Winter Training (November to December) Phase 2 Winter Training (January to March) Full program cost is $899 + HST (or 3 installments of $315 + HST for a total of $355.95 each) A FULL program payment can be made through your RCA account or an e-transfer to payments@rowsnrc.ca with a description included. Installments should be an e-transfer only. *****one time payment of remaining RCA/RO annual fees of $25.43 to be added for either FULL payments or installments*

↳	This program is for athletes who will train exclusively as a coxie for multiple seasons for 2026. Those who will also row will need to register for the appropriate competitive rowing program. ALL MEMBERS (Parents for those under 18) please fill out this annual South Niagara Membership Registration Form to complete your rowers registration if not already done this year.

↳	This program is for experienced and developing competitive rowers in the U17/U19/U23/Senior Categories for the fall season. *** Regatta fees are not included (except for the Head of the Welland regatta) and will be individually invoiced to athletes based on participation. ↳	This program is for athletes who are training as a member of the RCA NextGen program or Row Ontario Academy and are not enrolled in a coached rowing program with the South Niagara Rowing Club but want to obtain an affiliate athlete status with SNRC in order to row at selected regattas as a member of the SNRC. No regatta fees are included and will be invoiced to the athlete separately based on races entered and any associated costs incurred by SNRC.
