ADULT - Row for Life - June 5 - Sept 30 
For people with rowing experience who row for fitness, health, fun and sometimes to race.  This program runs 4 structured sessions per week with qualified coaches.  Individuals will have the opportunity to row in crew boats and/or small boats.  There are social gatherings during the season, with the end goal to race at Head of the Trent.
Practice times: MON/WED/FRI @ 6-8pm + SUN @ 10am

This intensive training program is open to transfer athletes from other sports looking to train in the sport of rowing.  You do not need previous rowing experience, just a desire to learn and train.  Athletes learn to row a single scull and improve aerobic capacity, strength and mobility.  A great cross training option for XC skiers, swimmers, triathletes and speed skaters.
