Club Rowing - 2025 This program is for experienced athletes who have a sound knowledge of our PRC rowing course and who do not desire or require coaching.
Members in this program may row from the beginning of spring season until the end of fall season, obeying ALL club rules, in particular cold water and swift water rules. Members are required to receive permission from the season’s senior coach or coordinator to use any Club equipment. Water priority is given to competitive programs during spring, summer and fall periods causing Club Rowing members use of facilities to be restricted during these times.
The $600.00 fee includes RCA membership fee, Row Ontario membership fee, PRC membership fee. HST is $78.00.

Competitive Team - Annual 2025

Your membership will run until from April 1st, 2025 to March 31, 2026, and allow access to all on and off-water activities run by the Club throughout this period. 
Winter programs are available with team training typically occurring at the Trent Athletic Centre (TAC). PRC members are required to purchase a TAC membership which is offered at a discounted price.
The $1100.00 fee includes RCA membership Fee, Row Ontario membership Fee, PRC membership fee. HST is $143.00.

Competitive Team - Fall/Winter Only 2025
The Competitive Fall/Winter team is for all Junior, U23/Sr, and Masters competitive athletes.

Athletes will follow a rigorous training program dedicating themselves to competing at provincial and national level competitions as restrictions allow. Athletes may be invited to, or declare interest in, the team. Team and crew selection is subject to the coaches for each program.
The fall/winter season runs from August 25th, 2025 to March 31st, 2026, and allows access to all on and off-water activities run by the Club throughout this period. This includes 2 fall regattas (Head of the Rideau and Head of the Trent).
There is limited coaching from PRC in the fall, as priority for coaching and equipment goes to Trent University crews.

The Summer season runs from June 3rd to August 10th, 2025, and allows access to all on and off-water activities run by the Club throughout this period as well as listed summer regattas. If you wish to participate in the spring and fall as well, please purchase an annual competitive membership.
Practices typically occur in the morning, Monday to Friday from 5:30-7 am, and Saturdays from 7-8:30 am and at times arranged with the Summer Coordinator.
There is a three-week coaching break after Canadian Henley, which this year runs from August 3rd to August 10th. Athletes may continue rowing during this time with permission of the Summer Coordinator.
The $840 fee includes RCA membership fee, Row Ontario membership fee, PRC membership fee. HST is $109.20.

Rowing League - 2025
The Rowing league is for both Junior and Adult athletes. Programming and communication will be separated accordingly after registration.
Athletes will develop skills over the summer season with sights on fun, local competitive opportunities including club time trails, skills competitions, and head racing as restrictions allow.
The League membership is a Spring/ summer program: Session runs from May 20th to August 23rd with reduced coaching during the week of August 3rd to 10th. Tuesday and Thursday 6-8 pm; Saturday 9:30 to 11:30 am
To continue rowing past August 23rd, 2025  a fall/winter competitive program membership must be purchased. to account for the use of club equipment and coaching resources.
If you own your own boat, or don’t require coach support, your may row after August 23rd with head coach permission; taking into consideration that the equipment and coaching priorities go to Trent University in the fall. 
Those who have not previously participated in a rowing program should first participate in at least one Learn to Row and one Return to Row session prior to participating in the Rowing League.
The $690 fee includes RCA membership fee, Row Ontario membership fee, PRC membership fee and HST is $89.70.
