ADULT - Club Training Group - U23 / Sr / Masters

For athletes (19 and over) who are interested in training for fitness, technical improvement and racing at local and regional regattas.  Includes U23 / Sr. / Masters programs. Attendance at all sessions is not mandatory, but consistent attendance will lead to improvement.  If paying by instalment first deposit is $150.

Athletes follow a set training program at designated times:  5:45 - 7:30am  > MON, WED, FRI;  7 - 9am > SAT (TT); 10am > SUN (Social Row). Boatings are put together based on signups in the prior week.

ADULT - Row for Life 2018
For adults with rowing experience who row for fitness, health, and fun. Rowers who consider themselves “Active for Life” typically row 2-4 times per week, usually during the 6-8pm session. Individuals  are also welcome to come to the Club sessions and of course the Sunday Social Row.  Individuals will have the opportunity to row in crew boats and/or small boats 6 - 8pm WED, FRI

Junior - 2018 Trent Excalibur Camp For youth participating in the Trent Excalibur Camp, this all day sports camp is instructed by varsity rowers and qualified camp staff.  Mornings are at the rowing club, and the afternoon is filled with camp activities at the Trent Athletics Centre.

) train in a competitive and supportive environment which emphasizes aerobic capacity, flexibility and components of strength, while continuing to develop rowing skills.  Athletes develop racing skills be competing in local regattas and can work toward competing at some provincial/national regattas. Beginners are welcome. 
4-6 sessions per week 4:00 - 6:15pm > TUES,WED,THURS;

JUNIOR- U15 ADP U15* (Athletes born 2004 or 2005) This program emphasizes the FUNdamentals of rowing technique and teamwork, while developing aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. You do not need previous rowing experience, just a desire to learn and train. Athletes in this program are introduced to racing at local regattas. A great option to build fitness for other sports during the summer months. 
3-4 sessions per week 4 - 6:15pm > WED &THURS
