Adult Novice Session 3 2021

For those who have completed the Adult Learn-to-Scull program at the Guelph Rowing Club in 2020 or 2021, this program provides additional instruction so you can continue to improve your rowing skills.  This session runs on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6:00-7:15 pm until the end of August.  Please note that rowing will take place in crew boats so you will be rowing with other rowers in the same boat.

Boat Storage for Double 2021

Register for this program if you require storage for a double in the Guelph Rowing Club boat house. In addition, you must complete the GRC Private Shell Policy / Acknowledgement Form, which can be found on the Guelph Rowing Club website. If you are also registering for a rowing program, you must wait until that registration is activated before completing the boat storage registration or you will be charged twice for the RCA / RowOntario fees.

Experienced Occasional Rower 2021

A non-competitive, non-coached short-term membership, which allows a rower to row at the Guelph Rowing Club for up to 10 rows. The rows are to be taken within one rowing season. The rows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

High School Fall Rowing 2021 This program will provide high school students with rowing technique and rowing for fun. Athletes must have attended winter training. The orientation meeting is Friday, September 10, 2021; the program runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings beginning September 13 and ending October 1.

High School Novice Session 2021

For high school students who have completed the Learn-to-Scull program at the Guelph Rowing Club in 2021 or rowed previously at the Guelph Rowing Club, this program provides additional instruction so you can continue to improve your rowing skills.  This session runs on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4:30-5:45 pm until the end of August.  Please note that rowing will take place in crew boats so you will be rowing with other rowers in the same boat.

Recreational Rowing Full Season 2021 To join this program you must have previously completed a Learn-to-Row program or have prior rowing experience. Crews are set on an informal basis depending on what combination will work to fill the boats. Some coaching will be provided.

Senior Competitive 2021 This competitive rowing program is for U23 (under 23years of age, Sr. B) and Senior (23 years and older, Sr. A) athletes in the Train to compete (T2C) phase of Long term athlete development.  Athletes in this program should have previous rowing experience - racing experience is a definite asset. Training will include two  workouts 6 days/week; 5:00-7:30AM, PM training times TBD. Initial crew selections will be made in early to mid-June. Final crew selection for the RowOntario Championships and the Royal Canadian Henley Regattas will be determined by mid-July. Selections will be based on fitness and ability as determined through, but not restricted to, ergometer testing, on-water technical assessments and "coachability", and seat racing as required.  595.00 2021-04-01 2022-03-31
