This program is for returning High School Athletes training for the fall Head race Season.  The program starts September 1, ending in November.

This program runs Monday to Friday evenings 6 to 7:30 pm, beginning September 7th and ending September 18th.  It is a great opportunity for early high school students to get some exposure to rowing and hopefully get a sense of whether they wish to pursue the sport further.  These 10 days will give athletes safety training and orient them to rowing equipment and technique before flowing into rowing different types of boats, from stable trainer boats to racing types.  An info session will be held at the boathouse at the Guelph Rowing Club on Friday September 4, 2026 at 4:30 pm.
