Adult Novice (LTR Grads) 2024 For those who have completed the Adult Learn-to-Row program, this program provides additional instruction to integrate new members into the Recreational rowing program.  
Please note that the cost initially shows a program fee of $317.84 but once you select the program, the price will be reduced to $257 because you have already paid Rowing Canada and Row Ontario fees for the year.

Boat Storage for Double 2024
Don't register for boat storage until you register for a rowing program and receive an email confirmation of activation.  Otherwise, you will be charged twice for the RCA/Row Ontario fees.  Please note that the cost initially shows as $355.84, but once you select the storage, the price will be reduced to $295.00.
Boat storage is available to Guelph Rowing Club members only.  Register for this program if you require storage for a double in the Guelph Rowing Club boat house (subject to available spaces).  In addition, you must complete the GRC Private Shell Policy/Acknowledgement Form, which can be found on the Guelph Rowing Club website.

Experienced Occasional Rower 2024 A non-competitive, non-coached short-term membership, which allows a rower to row at the Guelph Rowing Club for up to 10 rows.  The rows are to be taken within one rowing season.  The rows are non-refundable and non-transferable. 242.00 2024-05-15 2024-10-18
High School 1 - Rowing on-Water 2024
This program is for high school athletes as an introduction to the sport of rowing and for those returning from previous rowing programs.  The program runs from mid-April until the Canadian Secondary School Rowing Association (CSSRA) championships which end on June 2, 2024.  The fee includes: coaching, Rowing Canada and Row Ontario memberships, Guelph Lake Conservation Area Access and use of equipment supplied by the Guelph Rowing Club.  Additional costs include uniform as well as fees and costs associated with regattas and travel.

High School 2 - Summer Competitive 2024
This program is geared at the student who is on the learn to train pathway.  Train three mornings a week:  Tuesday and Thursday 5:10 am to 7 am and Saturday 6 am to 9 am.  Train to compete with interclub time trials and head to head races and one regatta, if possible.  The fee includes coaching, Rowing Canada and Row Ontario memberships, Guelph Lake Conservation Area access and use of equipment supplied by the Guelph Rowing Club.  
If you participated in the High School Rowing on-Water 2024 program in the spring, your fee will be reduced from $310.84 to $250.00 since you have already paid your RCA/RO membership fees for the year.

High School 3 - Fall Competitive 2024
This program is for returning High School Athletes training for the fall Head race Season.  The program runs September 15, ending October 15 (note - exact dates still TBD).
If you participated in either the High School Rowing on-Water 2024 program in the spring or the High School Summer Competitive program in the summer, your fee will be reduced from $250.84 to $190.00 since you have already paid your RCA/RO membership fees for the year.

Junior Learn To Row Camp half-day 1 Youth Rowing has been proven to improve not only physical fitness but also mental health and build confidence.  Our Junior Learn to Row camp is a half-day morning program with an emphasis on physical activity, fun and above all water safety.  Participants learn parts of the boat, boat handling, and rowing technique.  Our camp is taught by qualified counsellors trained in first aid and Learn to Row coaching.  Program runs Monday through to Friday, 8:30 to noon.  No previous experience required.

Junior Skills Development 2024
For youth 12 to 17 with previous rowing experience.  The focus is on building skills learned.  Participants will gain confidence over the summer season in handling equipment, and mastering fundamental rowing skills all in a relaxed fun atmosphere.  Program is run Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 to 10:30.
Note:  Program fee will be reduced by $60.84 if the Junior has already paid RCA and Row Ontario fees for the year.

Senior Competitive 2024 This competitive rowing program is for U23 (under 23years of age, Sr. B) and Senior (23 years and older, Sr. A) athletes in the Train to compete (T2C) phase of Long term athlete development.  Athletes in this program should have previous rowing experience - racing experience is a definite asset. Training will include two  workouts 6 days/week; 5:00-7:30AM, PM training times TBD. Initial crew selections will be made in early to mid-June. Final crew selection for the RowOntario Championships and the Royal Canadian Henley Regattas will be determined by mid-July. Selections will be based on fitness and ability as determined through, but not restricted to, ergometer testing, on-water technical assessments and "coachability", and seat racing as required.  This program includes University of Guelph Selection Camp (note - rower will still need to register for University of Guelph Selection Camp, just won't have to pay). 495.00 2024-04-01 2024-08-31
University 1 - Selection Camp 2024 In collaboration with the Guelph Rowing Club, University of Guelph offers a competitive intercollegiate rowing program. For more information, please contact Pearl Schachter, Head Coach (rowing@uoguelph.ca). Athletes competing for varsity seats must attend Selection Camp. Fees must be paid in full, and all required forms signed before the beginning of camp week. Athletes who registered in the 2024 Guelph Rowing Club senior competitive program must register for selection camp but are not required to pay this fee.
Rowers who have already paid RCA and Row Ontario fees for the year, the program fee will be reduced by $60.84 to $94.16 once you select this program.

University 2 - Varsity Selected 2024 Select this program if you have completed University (Varsity) Training Camp and been notified by the coach that you have been selected to row as part of the 2024 University (Varsity) Program. University 3 - Novice 2024 The University of Guelph offers a Development Rowing Program, open to students wishing to try competitive rowing - no previous experience required.  Athletes must not have competed in an RCA sanctioned regatta prior to participating in this program.  
Athletes are selected through a two-phase open tryout.  Phase 1: Session One Wednesday (exact date in September TBD) (4-6 pm) or Session Two Thursday (exact date in September TBD) (5-7 pm), Athletics Centre West or Small Gym (TBC).  Each session begins with a brief information period followed by a tryout to assess basic fitness (Beep Test).  Please wear athletic clothing and running shoes.  Phase 2:  Athletes selected to Phase 2 will be invited to an orientation at the Guelph Rowing Club Boat House, (Exact date in September TBD) (10 am - 3pm).  Bus transportation will be provided to and from the Athletics Centre.
