This program is for returning High School Athletes training for the fall Head race Season. The program runs September 1, ending November 2. If you participated in a High School rowing program in the spring or summer, your fee will be reduced from $260.84 to $200.00 since you have already paid your RCA/RO membership fees for the year. |

The program runs Monday to Friday evenings 6 to 7:30 pm, beginning September 8 and ending September 19. It is a great opportunity for early high school students to get some exposure to rowing and hopefully get a sense of whether they wish to pursue the sport further. These 10 days will give athletes safety training and orient them to rowing equipment and technique before flowing into rowing different types of boat, from stable trainer boats to racing types. An info session will be held at the boathouse at the Guelph Rowing Club on Friday September 5, 2025 at 4:30pm. |
