|Junior Competitive Rowing Program||
The Junior Competitive Rowing Program is a full year rowing program offered to school age youth. This program is for experienced junior athletes with previous rowing experience who plan to compete in local and national regattas. This program is for the full season and athletes will work with a completive rowing coach. Membership includes RCA and Row NS fees.
|Learn to Row (10 sessions)||
The Learn to Row program is designed to introduce athletes to the sport of rowing in a fun and safe environment. Through weekend and evening sessions (approx. 15 hours) athletes will work with our coaching staff to learn basic rowing skills using large stable rowing shells. The program will introduce both sweep rowing (one oar) and sculling (two oars). Following completion of the Learn to Row program athlete are encouraged to join a rowing program and continue to row for fun and fitness. $60 of the program fee will be credited to a rowing membership. Membership includes RCA and Row NS fees. Contact club for available dates.
|Master's Program (Coached, Full Season)||
This program is designed for recreational and competitive Masters rowers (individuals over the age of 21) who want to improve their rowing skills in a recreational environment or prepare for competition at local regattas. The coached program will run from Monday to Friday. Membership includes RCA and Row NS fees. Competitive fees are additional. Fees must be paid before taking part in any on the water activities.
|Master's Recreational Program (Evenings)||
This program is designed for recreational Masters rowers (individuals over the age of 21) who want to improve their rowing skills in a recreational environment. The program will run 3 evenings per week and will have coaching support. Membership includes RCA and Row NS fees. Fees must be paid before taking part in any on the water activities.
|Member Boat Storage||
Private Member Boat Storage is $150: If you are paying boat storage online you MUST be sure you have paid your membership first and have received a confirmation email, otherwise the system will charge you for RCA and Row NS fees. If done correctly the $41.25 RCA and Row NS fee will be deducted from your payment and a boat storage fee of $150 with be charged.
|One Time Drop In Fee||This is a fee to cover a one time come and try rowing event organized in advance. This amounts covers RCA and Row NS fees only and programs fee will be charged for your selected program if you chose to continue.||41.25||2023-04-01||2023-10-31|
|Provincial Team Members - U23/Senior Group "B"||
This registration is designed for North Star athletes who have been invited to train with the Provincial Training Program only**. All others should register with U23/Senior/University High Performance. These athletes in this program will compete for North Star at club regattas and for Nova Scotia at national and international regattas. Membership includes RCA and Row NS fees. Fees must be paid before taking part in any on the water activities.

|U23/Senior/University High Performance Full Season||
This program is designed for athletes looking for a highly competitive rowing environment and who plan to compete at locally, nationally or internationally regattas. Rowers have access to elite rowing shells and will train with the club Head Coach. Athletes are expected to have a high level of commitment and proficiency and will train between 4 and 6 times per week at 5:30 am on weekdays and 7am on Saturday. Additional practice times may be available at 6pm. Membership includes RCA and Row NS fees. Fees must be paid before taking part in any on the water activities.
