2025 ADULT COMPETITIVE
The Adult Competitive program is open to athletes who plan to race in regattas and anyone who is interested in working toward racing this season. All participants must have completed at least one year of rowing before enrolling in the competitive program. 
Athletes who participate must commit to racing in at least two regattas during the 2025 season. 
Schedule:
May-October, Monday-Friday 5:30-7:30AM + Saturday & Sunday Row Alls 8:00-10:30AM

2025 Adult Development
Register for the Development Program following your Learn to Row class to continue your rowing journey!  
Athletes will work closely with coaches and other first year rowers to continue to improve their rowing technique and skills as well as work to meet fitness goals.  Participants in this program are encouraged to compete in novice events at local regattas.
Schedule:
 Conclusion of your learn to row program through the end of the season (October), Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-8:00pm + Saturday & Sunday 8:00-10:30AM
Fees: $300 ($300 club fee; RCA & RowNS fees waived) 
NOTE: 
  • The Adult Development program is reserved for rowers who completed a Learn to Row program in the 2025 season. 
  • Development sessions will start June 17. You must complete a Learn to Row program before starting the Development program.
  • Athletes who completed Learn to Row and Development programs in 2024 or before should register for an Adult Fitness program.

2025 Adult Fitness
The Adult Fitness program is open to athletes who have completed at least one season of rowing prior to 2025. The Fitness program is open to athletes who want to row for fun and fitness while continuing to develop their skills and possibly compete in regattas. 
This Fitness program provides athletes with the option to attend morning and evening sessions to fit their schedule.
Schedule:
 May-October, Monday-Friday 7:30-9:30AM or Monday & Wednesday 6:00-8:00pm + Saturday & Sunday Row-Alls 8:00-10:30AM

2025 Junior Development Continue your rowing journey with Junior Development!
Athletes who have completed a Junior Learn to Row program can progress to the Junior Development program. In this program, athletes will work closely with coaches and other junior rowers to continue to improve their rowing technique and skills as well as work to meet fitness goals, and have fun!  Participants in this program are eligible to compete in novice events at local regattas.
Schedule:
 Conclusion of your learn to row program through the end of the season 
  • Summer Schedule: July 2-August 30, Monday to Thursday, 9:30-11:30 am
  • Fall Schedule: September 9-October 22, Monday to Thursday, 4:00-6:00 pm
Fees: $225 (RowNS & RCA fees already paid in Learn to Row sessions)

2025 Junior FULL SEASON - Fall & Spring/Summer
Please ensure the participating youth has their own RCA account when registering for this program.
The Junior program is for returning rowers 13-18 years of age (as of December 31, 2025). This program is for athletes who wish to row for fun as well as those looking to learn to compete at regattas. The focus of the fall program will be on preparing athletes to race at the Really Chili Regatta and Atlantic Rowing Championships at Lake Banook in October. Interested athletes may have the chance to participate in additional regattas throughout the season depending on regatta schedules. 
Schedule: 
  • Sunday Refreshers: June 8. 15, 22 | 8:00 - 10:30 AM (note that there will also be a club-wide Row All at the same time)
  • Spring: Monday-Thursday, 4:00-6:00 PM + Saturday* & Sunday* 8:00-10:30 AM (*Juniors would row with entire club on Saturday & Sunday)

2025 Punch Pass (10 Rows)

Punch passes are available to rowers who wish to row occasionally throughout the season. Punch-pass rowers can participate in any Adult Fitness session and any weekend Row-All session. Punch passes are good for 10 sessions in the 2025 season. Punch passes do not carry over to the next session. 
Fees: $250 + RCA & RowNS member fees ($44.40). Note that rowers are only required to pay RCA & RowNS fees once per season.
Waiver: Participants must complete the waiver in advance of their first session.

Participants will leave with a good understanding of rowing equipment, balance, proper grip, boat handling, safety procedures, steering and knowledge of how to leave/enter the dock area. Classes run rain or shine. Upon completion of the Junior Learn to Row Session, participants may register for the Junior Development Rowing Program. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
