Adult Competitive Rowing Program  ***$615***

The Adult Competitive Rowing Program is for experienced or returning rowers 19 years of age or older who want to row competitively, and compete in the series of local, regional & national regattas in 2022. 

The Adult Competitive Rowing Program will provide you with the opportunity to row 6 days per week. Coaches will work with you to improve your technique and meet your fitness & competitive goals while rowing in various types of boats (sweeping and sculling). 

The cost for the Adult Competitive Rowing Program is $615. ($575 club fee; $40 Rowing Canada Aviron Sport & RowNS fee)

2022 Adult Development Program

Adult Development Program ***$245*** Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 7:30am, & Saturday 8AM 

Adult Development is HRC's Program for adults just finishing the Learn to Row (LTR) program and would like to continue rowing this season. The Development Program will carry on from the LTR, expanding rowing concepts and teaching participants the skills they need to become more independent rowers. Crews will develop their rowing fitness as their skills progress through the season.

Practices will take place Tuesday 6-8pm, Thursday 7:30-9:30am, & Saturday 8-10AM.

For rowers joining after September 1st, the fee is $190 and runs until Oct 31.  *** The RCA and RowNS fees have already been paid for the season.***

The Adult Fitness Rowing Program will provide you with the opportunity to row 6 times per week. Coaches will work with you to improve your technique and meet your fitness goals while rowing in various types of boats (sweeping and sculling). 

The cost for the Adult Fitness Rowing Program is $545. ($505 club fee; $40 Rowing Canada Aviron Sport & RowNS fee)

2022 Insurance Fee
The program has a $40 fee to cover the RCA and RowNS fees. 
PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE RCA AND ROWNS FEES TO HRC as those fees will be billed to HRC.

The Junior Learn to Row classes are for youth, ages 13 (entering Jr High) - 18. The classes are designed to give participants the opportunity to try rowing in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with other youth. Participants will learn the basics of sweeping, sculling and boat handling. By the end of the 4 class session, participant will be ready to register and join in the Junior Development Program, where they can continue to row for the rest of the season. 

The cost for the Junior Learn to Row Session is $170. ($131 class fee; $24 Rowing Canada Aviron fee; $15 RowNS fee)

No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the program start date.

Additional Visitor Row in Same Season: $30 per row
ANY visiting rowers using club equipment MUST be placed in a crew boat.
Singles are not to be used by visiting rowers due to the quantity of obstacles on the Arm.
