2021 Adult Learn to Row Session 1 Adult Learn to Row Session 1 Monday & Wednesday, 6-8 PM (May 17, 19, 26, 31 & June 2, 7)   
The Adult Learn to Row Sessions consist of 12 hours of instruction over 6 classes. Adults, 19 or older as of Jan 1, 2021, will learn the basic skills of sculling (each rower has two oars) and sweep rowing (each rower has one oar). Participants will leave with a good understanding of rowing equipment, balance, proper grip, boat handling, safety procedures, steering and knowledge of how to leave/enter the dock area. Classes run rain or shine. Upon completion of the Adult Learn to Row Session, participants may register for the Adult Development Rowing Program. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. 
The cost for the Adult Learn to Row Session is $210. ($171 Club fee; $24 Rowing Canada Aviron fee; $15 RowNS fee) Payment must be received in order to reserve your seat in the boat.

By the end of the 4 class session, participant will be ready to register and join in the Junior Development Program, where they can continue to row for the rest of the season. 2021 NS Team 
This program is for HRC provincial team athletes who need to be registered for early spring training. The program has a $39 fee to cover the RCA and RowNS fees. 
PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE RCA AND ROWNS FEES TO HRC as those fees will be billed to HRC.
