WHEN: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 pm + Saturdays, 8:00-10:00 am for a mixture of coached and self-led erg sessions 
COACHED SESSIONS: 1-2x per week + Saturdays
WHO: Adult rowers of all abilities welcome and encouraged to join.
PRICE: $275, with a minimum of 10 spots.
Program will start the week of November 17th and run through to the end of April

WHERE: Dalhousie Sexton Gym (Sexton Membership Required)
WHEN: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 6:00-7:30 am & 7:30-9:00 am + Saturdays, 8:00-10:00 am for a mixture of coached and self-led erg sessions 
WHO: Adult rowers of all abilities welcome and encouraged to join.
PRICE: $300, with a minimum of 15 spots.
COACHED SESSIONS: 
  • November-December: Saturdays only, a training plan will be provided for weekday sessions
  • January-April: 2x per week + Saturdays

Pass for rowers from outside HRC to join us on the Northwest Arm. Guest passes are for 3 rows. Guests must lay RCA and RowNS fees (if not paid previously). Contact rob@halifaxrowing.ca to discuss crews.

2025 Private Boat Storage Fees
These fees cover the storage of a private rowing shell for 12 months. Only pre-approved private boat owners can access this program.

PRICE: $300
The Halifax Rowing Club is excited to offer 3 dedicated youth training sessions per week this winter and spring. This program is inclusive of all rowing abilities and all youth are welcome. Participants are not required to attend all sessions, but can choose those that fit their schedules
WHEN: January 6, 2026 - April 30, 2026
Tuesdays 4:30-6:00 PM, Fridays, 5:00-7:00 PM, and Sundays 1:00-3:00 PM.
