An Introductory program to rowing. Program includes rowing fundamentals, fun and safety. Learn to Row Program includes the annual Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) membership and the annual Manitoba Rowing Association (MRA) membership. Registered rowers are required to hold both RCA & MRA memberships for insurance purposes. Participants must be able to lift 25 pounds above their shoulder.
