An Introductory program to rowing for ages 18+. Program includes rowing fundamentals, fun and safety.  Learn to Row Program includes the annual Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) membership and the annual Manitoba Rowing Association (MRA) membership. Registered rowers are required to hold both RCA & MRA memberships for insurance purposes. 
Participants must be able to lift 25 pounds above their shoulder.
Session 1 ( 6 x 2 hr = 12hours)
July 29- August 19
Days: Monday and Wednesday  [no session on Mon, Aug 3]
Time: 6 pm  - 8 pm

This is a regular membership prorated for those who completed a Learn to Row program this season and want to continue rowing. 
When checking out, the RCA/MRA insurance and administration fees will be automatically waived or credited if you already paid them earlier in the same membership year.

The 10 Row Pass is good for 10 on water rows during the 2026 on water season. 
Fee: $230  + GST $11.50 = $241.5 + RCA & MRA fees = $308.25
early bird discount of $30 if paid in full by April 30, 2026 = $200 + GST $10 = $210 + MRA & RCA fees = $276.75

For those who already used a 10 Row Pass. This is a regular membership prorated for those who completed a Learn to Row program this season, used a Ten Day Pass and want to continue rowing.

Ready to challenge yourself in a new sport?
Our intensive Learn to Row program is designed for athletes ages 16-25 who are interested in competitive rowing and training. With a high coach-to-athlete ratio, participants receive personalized instruction to quickly develop the technical skills and fitness needed to race. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be prepared to join the Manitoba Rowing Association Performance Pathway athlete program, where they can continue training and compete at rowing regattas and indoor rowing events alongside other Performance Pathway athletes.
