Guest Rowing Please contact our the Secretary (secretary@inletrowingclub.com) if you are interested in doing a guest row BEFORE registering. Registration on the RCA site is ONLY required for those who do not have an active Rowing Canada Membership through their home rowing club. Non-RCA members are required to pay an initial $55 in fees (Rowing Canada $20, Rowing BC $15, Old Mill Boathouse $20) along with our drop in rate of $20/outing. Junior Competitive (Annual)

The Junior Competitive program is designed for rowers who are interested in a high level of fitness and/or competing at regattas. Juniors are provided with four dedicated practice times, and are also welcome to join in the Sunday open rows. Coaches will work with Juniors to determine what their goals are, and develop a training plan to achieve their goals.

The Jr Competitive program begins April 1, 2019 and runs for one calendar year.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 4:30PM - 5:30PM

Saturday  10:00AM–12:00PM

Sunday     9:00AM - 11:00AM (Open Row)

Learn To Row (Tues/Thurs Aug 20 - Sept 5)

Our Learn-to-Row program is for anyone interested in getting involved in rowing for sport or recreation with no previous rowing experience.  

Dates: August 20, 2019 - September 5, 2019 Tuesday (615pm-815pm) and Thursday 630PM - 830PM) evenings

The program consists of six sessions (12 hours), designed to introduce people to the sport of rowing in a relaxing and fun way.  New rowers are instructed in the basics of rowing technique and they learn to work together as a crew to balance and move boats of various sizes.  Skills are developed to enable entry into our Competitive, or our Recreation programs.

Rowing Fees: Old Mill Boathouse ($20), Rowing Canada ($20) and Rowing BC ($15) dues

We welcome those who are newer to the sport, or who have chosen rowing as a fitness activity and want to be able to work hard and enjoy the scenery, and those who want to train for regattas. 

Annual membership begin the month you sign up, and runs for one calendar year. Your membership allows you to row as many times as there are practices available.

Summer Only Rowing (2019)

This summer only program caters for rowing as a fitness activity. The IRC tries to arrange social rows (eg. donut row to Deep Cove, bring a friend rows etc.) at least once a season. Come have some fun and get fit at the same time!
