This option is intended for recreational Or CrossFit rowers that can't commit to the full summer program. Each punch pass includes the $35 Member Free & 10 sessions.

Experienced rowers can also join the morning sessions (6-8am) with approval from Head Coach.
|Adult Learn to Row - July 16-August 4, 2019||
Learn to Row on beautiful Lochaber lake, located 20kms from the town of Antigonish. Adults will learn the technical aspects of the rowing stroke, and progress into rowing comfortably by the end of the sessions. Learn to Row sessions are conducted by experienced coaches who will ensure you have a wonderful time – whether you’re interested in learning to row competitively, or just getting out on the water and having fun!
Participants will row on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6-8pm), and Saturday and Sunday mornings (8-10am). You should aim to come at least two times per week, but you’re welcome to join in every session if you’d like!
Those who wish to continue after the Learn to Row sessions can upgrade their memberships to Recreational rowing.
|Adult Recreational Membership 2019||
Recreational Rowing is for experienced masters athletes who do not wish to compete. The emphasis for recreational rowers is health, enjoyment, and skill development. Rec rowers may row up in any of the following sessions:
Evenings: Tuesday & Thursday from 6-8pm
Mornings: Monday-Friday from 6am-8am
|Competitive 2019 Season||The Competitive Program is for experienced rowers who are committed to training throughout the summer. Athletes can row each weekday morning between 6 and 8am, and join in the weekend sessions if boat space is available.||385.00||2019-06-03||2019-08-23|
|CrossFit 2019||For the 2019 season, we will be offering a special rowing session to members of the CrossFit Actuate community. Saturdays and Sundays from 12-2pm. Initial membership sign up is $35 and each session will be a $10 drop in fee after that (cash on the day of).||35.00||2019-06-08||2019-08-17|
|Junior Learn To Row - July 15-August 4, 2019||
The Junior Learn to Row program is for athletes who are generally aged 12-17 (but physical size/maturation also plays a role in determining an athlete’s suitability for rowing). Athletes in this program will be primarily instructed in small boats so as to properly develop skills, learn safety procedures, and gain boat confidence.
Junior athletes are instructed by experienced coaches who will ensure the athletes’ safety and well-being – and make sure they have fun!
Juniors row Monday and Wednesdays from 6-8pm and Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10am-12pm. Participants should attend at least two sessions per week – but are welcome to come to all four!
|Junior Recreational Membership - 2019||
The emphasis will be on skill development and speed acquisition – and fun! Athletes will be coached by experienced instructors.
Experienced junior rowers may attend any of the following sessions:
Monday and Wednesday evenings - 6-8pm
Monday-Friday mornings - 6am-8am
Saturday & Sunday mornings - 10am-12pm
