2026-2027 Punch card extension 0.00 67.75 67.75 2026-04-01 2027-03-31
This program is only for those who purchased their punch cards (either regular or Novice) during the 2025-2026 fiscal year and didn't use all of their rows. We recognize that it can be challenging to fit in all the rows, so we are extending the use of the cards to include the 2026-2027 fiscal year. OARCA will not charge any additional fees, but you will be required to pay the RCA and PRA fees for the 2026-2027 fiscal unless you have already paid them elsewhere. Even if you have paid your RCA and PRA fees elsewhere, please register for this program so that we know you are planning to continue using your card.
Please note that all who register for this program will be checked to see if they had registered for a punch card in the 2025-2026 fiscal. A separate 2026-2027 punch is available for those who don't have a current punch card and wish to start coastal rowing after April 1, 2026.
This extension is only good for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. If you still haven't used up all your punches by March 31, 2027, you will not be able to carry them over for yet another year.

OARCA's mission is to promote coastal rowing within Canada. If the sport of coastal rowing interests you and you would like to join an enthusiastic community of like minded rowers, we'd love to add you to our list of members. This program is for those who are interested in being part of the coastal rowing discussion, but does not provide access to rowing.  It does not provide access to OARCA equipment, facilities, programming or discounts on boat rentals at events; however, there are other opportunities including rowing rescue sessions, voting privileges, occasional OARCA social rows for all members, and keeping updated as to OARCA events.
This membership requires payment of both RCA and Rowing BC fees but if you have already done so as part of another program those fees will be waived.
